(5/5) We contacted Puerto Vallarta Babysitting to find a sitter for our 2 year old for a few afternoons of our trip, and were matched with Adriana. She was BEYOND wonderful. Our toddler was safe, entertained, and happy while we had some much-needed alone time at the resort. We couldn't be more grateful to Sylvia and Adriana!

(5/5) We had such a wonderful experience with Carly in Puerto Vallarta! From the very beginning, she was flexible and understanding when we missed our flight and had to adjust our hours for the week. Her communication was excellent, which gave us peace of mind. Our kids (ages 4 and 2) absolutely adored her, and it was clear right away that she’s one of those special people who truly *gets it* with young children. Thanks to Carly, we enjoyed multiple pool days and even a date night without a single worry about safety. We’re so appreciative of the care and warmth she brought to our family. A special shoutout to Sylvia at Puerto Vallarta Sitters for coordinating everything so beautifully and making communication seamless!

(5/5) Adriana was absolutely wonderful! She watched our 10 month old for 2 days so we could do excursions. She sent us lots of photos and our baby was so excited to see her the next day. Sylvia was very prompt on getting her scheduled and the process was seamless. Highly recommend and super safe! Here is one of the pictures she sent while she was with him. He’s so happy!

(5/5) Me and my wife were very apprehensive about using a babysitting service because we have never left the kids with anyone other than family. I emailed Puerto Vallarta babysitters and Sylvia walked me through the service to put my mind at ease. She was very professional and responded to my questions almost immediately. When we arrived we got to meet the sitter Adriana.We clicked right away and it was more like hanging out with a friend or family member. Not only was she a great babysitter but also became abit of a tour guide she knows everything cool spot in puerto Vallarta and great places to eat. The kids loved her and so did we. We will be calling Puerto Vallarta babysitting next time we come down 100%.

(5/5) Our kids were taken care of by Adriana of Puerto Vallarta Babysitting during our trip to Puerto Vallarta this October, and we were very happy with her and the service. She babysat for us for three days and the kids were thrilled for her to return. She was really kind, friendly and responsible. She sent us pictures of the kids while we were out and even made some great dinner restaurant recommendations. We will definitely use Puerto Vallarta Babysitting again when we return!

This past year all expectations were exceeded, as the woman identified for our family had children the same age, and our daughter was thrilled to spend time with them! (5/5) PV Babysitting was great for our family. We had three kiddos to watch on resort for two evenings. Owner Sylvia was very responsive by email and booking was easy. Pay in advance and price is very reasonable. Our sitter was very experienced and able to come to the resort. She contacted us via cell prior to arrival to confirm. Our babysitter was punctual kind and professional. Our kids had a wonderful time with sitter. Will be back to PV and will definitely be repeat customer. No concerns.

(5/5) We had a great experience with Puerto Vallarta Babysitting. Sylvia communicated clearly and quickly and arranged the same sitter for 2 nights for our 2 children. We ended up having to reschedule due to illness and she was very flexible and accommodating - even recommended a local doctor service (which we fortunately didn't need). Our sitter Adriana arrived a few mins early both days, spoke perfect English, clearly knew what she was doing and asked all the right questions, and made fast friends with our kids. She managed our two kids (coming off an illness so not easy) with ease. Definitely recommend and would work with them both again!

(1/5) My husband hired them to take care of our 2 kids for a week. We were not happy specially given how much they charge. Babysitter was on her phone most of the time and at one point was taking photos of our accommodation and sharing it on her social media. Do not recommend.Response to owner: yes this is the right company and it was your babysitter.

(1/5) Owner is unprofessional and defensive with lack of accountability for her bad and expensive service. Baby sitter was lazy and on her phone. Lied to us more than once. Did not trust my kid with the babysitter. Owner brings up excuses for her staff instead of investigating the issues. Avoid at all cost. Update: owner deleted my review twice.
