She kept on sending me pictures of my happy 16 months old baby and it just made me so calm knowing she’s in good hands . Would highly recommend her! As it made my experience fabulous!

We hired her for a night of babysitting while we were on vacation and she was so kind and attentive that we hired her again for a second night!Both of our boys enjoyed the thoughtful activities Ana brought for them as entertainment. We will be requesting to work with her again the next time we come back!!

(5/5) We loved babysitters from Kangaroo! We were staying here with our 4 year old and 5 months old. Bringing the 5 month old to the beach is a lot of work and she didn’t really enjoy the beach. We hired Caro who’s really good with babies to take care of her in the morning for a few days while we bring only the 4 year old to the beach—it’s a game changer! We can finally enjoy the beach and went for a swim! Another babysitter Giselle came at night for our date night for a few nights! She was great with both kids! Amazing experience with them, don’t hesitate to book them! I know traveling with kids is a lot! But they made our experience so much better! Thank you!

(5/5) We stayed at Hotel Xcaret Mexico and learned that the hotel contracts with Kangaroo. My husband and I wanted a day alone, and trusted the hotel to coordinate the nanny for us. We couldn’t be more satisfied with the service! Maria, the nanny, was amazing!!!! She was professional, kind, caring, bonded right away with our son, and sent us pics via WhatsApp every hour. She spoke fluent English, arrived early, and we were impressed that the company had professionally embroidered polo shirts with their logo (so you knew you were dealing with a professional company! Nice touch too!). It was our first time using a nanny service in Mexico, we were a little worried, having a poor experience with one other nanny service while on vacation elsewhere. But we couldn’t have been happier. Our son, (17 months), loved her, and we felt very safe immediately. We purchased a day pass for Maria so she could use the pool, and eat at the restaurants with our son. This is something I would highly recommend if your resort allows this. We checked on them at the pool, and she was safely playing with him, and followed our instructions about wearing his hat, and life jacket. We are so grateful for Kangaroo, and will book them one more time before we leave. I was so nervous, being in another country with such a small child requiring a nanny, but this company put my mind at ease. 👶🏼♥️✨

(5/5) We had such an EXCELLENT experience with Maria that we hired her again! We went to Hotel Xcaret with our 1.5 year old son. We wanted some alone time but were a little nervous about leaving our child with a nanny for the day. Maria was our nanny and she spoke fluent English and was very professional. She put us right at ease. She texted pics through whatsapp each hour and enjoyed the day with our son. It went so well we had her come back 2 days later. The experience was just as great! She left a little toy for our son as a momento. I swear he was actually sad when she left. He gave her a hug. Highly recommend Kangaroo Crew and Maria

(1/5) Not reliable. I am a US expat living in PDC and have found this service to be a letdown. On our first time with this service, the nanny was very late which caused us to lose our dinner reservation. We decided to give them one more chance but they were not able to accommodate our needs for babysitting while we took a relative to the airport. Just not trustworthy. Disappointed.

(5/5) My wife and I used the Kangaroo Babysitting service on three days while at Hotel Xcaret. My wife and I have a 2.5yr old and 9month old. We cannot say enough how amazing the service was and how process the Nannys were.Ana and Rocio took care of each one individually and the kids instantly took to them. They were thoughtful, professional, and kind. They made time to understand the routine and reached out appropriately for any questions or concerns. Communication was easy, payment was easy, and overall a wonderful experience to allow my wife and I a well deserved break while on vacation.Big big shout out to both Ana and Rocio. They were ideal babysitters for our everything.

(1/5) DO NOT TRUST THEM WITH YOUR KIDS I was at an organized event in Mexico and personally had a horrible experience with all 3 nannies they sent me (3 nannies changed because one did not speak or understand English, the second got sick and send her friend to us instead of showing up, without any notice and the 3rd one was so lazy, unbelievable). The last one when I fired them actually came to shift and in the next hour disappeared for 40 min with excuse of being hungry! And also witnessed something no parent wants to hear. The nanny let the 2 years old be by himself in the pool and the kids drowned. Was found face down and had to be taken to hospital. People around were saying that they witnessed the nanny being in the buffet area while the kid without floats and without supervision left alone

(5/5) Kangaroo babysitting crew is the best nanny service I have ever worked with. They were extremely responsive, detail oriented and very professional. We had a scheduled nanny who watched my 14 month old and she was amazing. She ended up having a family emergency and Kangaroo found someone and sent a new person, Tania, immediately. The nanny’s are accustomed to being at resorts and know how to navigate and find all the resources necessary. They kept me Informed with how my son was doing by sending pictures. I will not hesitate to use this company again!!

(5/5) Gabriela was a superstar! I would highly recommend Kangaroo Babysitting if you are in the Riviera Maya/Tulum area (and ask for Gabriela!) We stayed for 7 nights at a hotel in Riviera Maya and Gabriela was perfectly on time, professional, and excellent with our 18 month old daughter. We were able to go out to dinner each night while trusting that Gabriela was in our hotel room watching our daughter, and would send us texts every 30 minutes with pictures of the baby monitor confirming that she was still asleep! 10/10 and will definitely be using them again on our next trip.

(5/5) We had the best experience with Kangaroo!! We used this service multiple nights during vacation as well as one full day. Monserrat and Gabriela were incredible sitters. I felt very safe and secure and we were able to enjoy our vacation. Our 18mo old was more comfortable not being taken out for dinner and was very happy with both babysitters when we returned. During the full day, Gabriela played with our 18 month old in the pool while we played with our big kids or relaxed. She stayed with the baby during nap time and we took the big kids for an adventure around the resort. It’s was the best for all!!

(5/5) We have been coming to Playa for a few years and every time we hire Kangaroo. They are super responsive always on WhatsApp and have amazing staff! We have used at least 5 different nanny’s with them all great. Baby age and up. Most recently we had Teresa, so wonderful! Highly recommend Kangaroo. You will be pleased and you don’t have to worry about a thing while you relax. Reasonable pricing too.

Our kids absolutely adored her and had a blast with the activities she brought, including making bracelets which they loved. Her thoughtfulness and attention to detail really shone through in this touching gesture. Not only did Regina keep our children engaged and entertained, but she also made sure to keep us updated with regular pictures and videos throughout the evening. Her professionalism and punctuality were outstanding, leaving us feeling at ease knowing our little ones were in good hands. (5/5) We had the best experience with Kangaroo. Our nanny, Maggie Mayo was very flexible, reliable extremely trustworthy!!! We had initially requested a few 4 hour block time frames, and quickly came to the realization with our one-year-old, we were going to need a nanny from noon to midnight every day of our stay. She was more than accommodating, was also great With our three year-old & spoke fluent English. The kids loved her, she was very helpful & We could not imagine our wedding week without her. I can’t recommend Maggie enough. We wish we could’ve brought her home.!!!

Our most recent experience was with one of their sitters, Gabriela, so I could work while my children were off school. She came well-prepared with activities that my kids loved. (5/5) We had the best experience with kangaroo the baby sitting crew. We had two babysitters since one of them is a baby, and both Ana and Rocio were so wonderful. They listened to my instructions, and applied it to their work. They were great with the children. As someone with anxiety leaving my children, I was at ease and didn’t stress while we were out enjoying ourselves. We received constant pictures from them and it also helped so much with my anxiety. So great if you want to get away for a bit and enjoy the resort or various parks. Would definitely book them again!!!

They used this company previously the year before & the children really enjoyed the sitters/the time they had. (5/5) So, I’ll start by saying this is the first time I have used a babysitter for my children outside of our home/school. We don’t even use the kid‘s club at the resorts. I am that anxious mom who doesn’t ever trust anyone! I am THAT mom that went back and forth on whether I should trust someone I don’t know to watch my children in a foreign country. But I read the good reviews — And I looked up the people who left the reviews — and decided to try it. I am SOOO glad we did! We loved them so much, we booked it twice! Paola and Keyla were so wonderful with our kids. They brought watercolor paint, puzzles, games, all kind of fun things. My kids loved it and even asked for them to come back so they could have more fun. They both were very professional, prompt, and so sweet. If you are like me and you are on the fence, go ahead and do it! Your kids will be in great hands! They will be safe, having fun, and well taken care of. And you will get that lovely adults only dinner or spa day you need on your vacation!

(5/5) Ana and Ari were AMAZING!!!!! FIVE+ STARS!!!!!We were so lucky to have Ari and Ana everyday during our vacation to help us care for our four young children. They were so easy to work with and so flexible with everything. They took charge and helped with everything without being asked. They made bottles for the baby, packed the beach bag for all of the kids, and were just constantly there adding two more sets of hands.Our kids ADORED them too! It was so fun how Ana and Ari would bring toys, games, and art supplies for our kids to play with when we got home from the beach. They even brought a piñata on the last day for the kids to decorate! They were so thoughtful with everything they did. They truly were an absolute necessity on our trip.Most importantly, we trusted them and felt that our kids were always in such good hands. Ana and Ari were kind, fun, outgoing and trustworthy. Next year we absolutely will be using Kangaroo again and requesting Ana and Ari. I cannot recommend them and this company enough!!

The women were terrific, came prepared with fun activities and were so caring and great with the kids! We used the same women a second time during the trip and one of the kids was actually excited for the parents to leave (which was a first for this specific child)! I can’t recommend them enough! This was our family's second time using Kangaroo with Angelica and on both trips we had her watch our baby overnight while we were able to get some rest. We'll absolutely be utilizing them for future visits to Cancun and Playa del Carmen.

We arranged for a sitter to come to the hotel last minute and care for our two kids for a full day and Michelle arrived professionally dressed and immediately connected with us and the kids. We were able to relax and enjoy ourselves knowing they were in great hands. She kept us updated via text throughout the day which was so nice. Messaging Kangaroo via WhatsApp was simple too..we were able to get the rates and set up a plan very quickly. We appreciate the service and will be sure to use them again!
